By creating an account or using NexLedger you agree to these terms.
The service
NexLedger is software for recording and organising personal and business financial information. It is a tool to help you keep records; it is not financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for checking that figures, invoices and GST calculations are right for your situation before relying on or filing them.
Your account
Provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Subscriptions and payment
Access to each module requires an active paid subscription for the plan you choose. Prices are shown before GST, which is added where applicable, and a GST invoice is issued for each payment. Payments are processed online by our payment provider. When a subscription period ends, access to the paid modules stops until it is renewed; your data is kept so you can pick up where you left off.
Your data
You own the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You can export your data at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other customers' data, disrupt the system, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and to back up your data, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from figures you entered or from decisions you made using the service. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms.
